By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Birmingham City Roleplay (“BCRP”) is a roleplay community for Emergency Response: Liberty County (ER:LC) on Roblox. The Service provides information about our community, rules, verification features, and tools to support moderation and community operations through our Discord server and Discord bot.
Birmingham City Roleplay is operated by a disclosed sole trader in the United Kingdom (the “Operator”). In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Operator trading as Birmingham City Roleplay.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.
If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you confirm that you have reviewed these Terms with a parent or legal guardian and that they have agreed to these Terms on your behalf. Parents/guardians are responsible for the actions of minors using the Service.
Your use of the Service constitutes electronic acceptance of these Terms. We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We do not currently offer user accounts on the website. Access to certain Discord features may require verification. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
The Service is connected to, and relies on, third-party platforms. By using the Service, you agree to comply with:
Birmingham City Roleplay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox, Discord, or ER:LC.
We may offer verification features through our Discord bot. Verification may involve linking your Roblox and/or Discord identity for community access and moderation. We reserve the right to deny, revoke, or reset verification at any time.
You may maintain only one (1) identity within our systems for participation purposes. Creating, using, or attempting to evade enforcement using alternate accounts (“alts”) is prohibited and may result in enforcement action against all related identities.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may take action even if conduct occurs partially off-platform where it reasonably impacts community safety or integrity.
We reserve the right to take any action we consider appropriate, including Warnings, Kicks, Temporary/Permanent Bans, and Blacklisting. Important: Enforcement may be applied at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
The Service is currently informational and does not allow public user uploads on the website. Where user-generated content exists within Discord, you remain responsible for what you post.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect identifiers and gameplay logs but do not collect IP addresses. Data deletion requests can be made via the Discord Support System.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Birmingham City Roleplay and its Operator from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and posted community rules, form the entire agreement between you and Birmingham City Roleplay.
